Description
Maximize any jump rope workout with the speed and flexibility of GoFit’s Adjustable Cable Rope. To install the rope and adjust its length, simply press the spring-loaded, self-locking swivel ends. Ergonomically-balanced handles, each store 7 inches of cable rope.

To extend the life of the product, you should train on a jump mat or other smooth surfaces only. Rough jump surfaces will damage the cable coating. Pro Cable Jump Rope is designed to be used on smooth surfaces, or jump mats, to ensure the longevity the rope.
